    I conduct psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults to better understand concerns such as ADHD, autism, learning differences, and cognitive functioning. My goal is to provide clear answers and practical recommendations that help individuals and families move forward with confidence. I take a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approach and enjoy helping people understand their unique strengths and challenges.

    As a firefighter for 20 years, I bring a deep understanding of the unique stressors faced by first responders and those in high-pressure professions. I work with adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and burnout. I am trained in S.A.F.E. EMDR and other trauma-focused approaches to help clients process difficult experiences and move toward healing. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can build resilience and regain a sense of balance in their lives.

    I work with adolescents (12+), individual adults, and couples navigating issues such as anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I enjoy helping couples strengthen communication and connection, and supporting individuals who are working through boundaries, codependency, or emotional pain. For clients who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate faith and spirituality into the counseling process.

    I work with individual adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I have specialized experience supporting people recovering from disordered eating, substance use, and body image concerns. As a board-certified dance/movement therapist and EMDR-trained clinician, I incorporate body-based and creative approaches to help clients reconnect with themselves and move toward healing.

    I work with children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 5–25) experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and self-harm. I am especially passionate about supporting youth involved in foster care or adoption and helping families strengthen relationships and communication. I provide an affirming space for LGBTQ+ youth and families as they navigate life’s challenges.

    I specialize in working with individual adults experiencing anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic, and phobias, as well as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). My work often incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and CBT for insomnia (CBT-I). I enjoy helping clients develop practical skills to manage anxiety and regain confidence in daily life.

    I work with individual adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, sleep concerns, anger, and self-esteem. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am passionate about providing affirming and supportive therapy for LGBTQ+ clients. My goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and practical strategies for navigating life’s difficulties.

    I work with couples and individual adults navigating relationship concerns, trauma, depression, and life transitions. My approach integrates mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic awareness to help clients understand their emotions and patterns more deeply. I have training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and enjoy helping couples improve communication and rebuild connection.

    After serving 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that can come with service, trauma, and transition. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as trauma, substance use, anxiety, and life transitions.I also have experience supporting military veterans, first responders, teens with challenging behaviors and their parents, and young adults. My approach integrates evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and EMDR to help clients build resilience and meaningful change.

My experience in hospice care and school settings has deepened my passion for supporting people through change with compassion and understanding. I use a blend of CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy to help clients build emotional regulation skills and move toward personal growth.

I am especially passionate about supporting teens and adults as they work through difficult seasons and seek greater clarity about what comes next. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns so they can feel more confident and in control of their lives.

    I work with teens (14+) and adults who are seeking deeper healing, clarity, and personal growth. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who are healing from complex trauma, developmental attachment wounds, addiction, domestic violence, sexual assault, and family estrangement, as well as those who identify as highly sensitive people (HSPs). My approach is collaborative and non-pathologizing, informed by both professional training and lived experience. I strive to create a safe space where clients can explore their stories, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and move toward meaningful healing and self-understanding.

    Kim Bobenhausen, M.A.

    I work with individuals ages 16 and older and walk alongside them through life’s challenges as they cultivate insight, reclaim personal power, and foster integrated mind-body health. I specialize in relieving chronic pain, grief and loss, and the complexities of parenting. I offer a client-centered, integrative approach, and I incorporate techniques from Internal Family Systems, narrative therapy, and somatic approaches. I am trained in Brainspotting for trauma processing.
