Our Counselor Interns
Sarah Woodcock, Counselor Intern
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy intern who uses a strength-based, collaborative approach rooted in Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives and work to highlight resilience, build on existing strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, military families, first responders, couples, and families. My approach is culturally aware, affirming, and focused on practical, hope-driven solutions.
Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and empowered to move forward with confidence.
Kim Bobenhausen, Counselor Intern
I enjoy working with individuals 16+. I offer a client-centered, integrative approach to therapy, rooted in radical acceptance of the client’s experience and perspective. My work is grounded in collaboration—walking alongside clients as they cultivate insight, reclaim personal power, and foster integrated mind-body health. I use techniques from internal family systems, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing and somatic work. My areas of focus include coping with chronic pain, navigating grief and loss, and supporting the complexities of parenting.
