Sarah Woodcock
Counselor Intern

Counselor interns are completing their master’s degrees to prepare to work full-time in the mental health field. They are under supervision by educators and licensed professionals and they offer reduced-rate sessions for $40.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapy intern who uses a strength-based, collaborative approach rooted in Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives and work to highlight resilience, build on existing strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, military families, first responders, couples, and families. My approach is culturally aware, affirming, and focused on practical, hope-driven solutions.

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and empowered to move forward with confidence.
