I enjoy working with individuals and families from many walks of life, with a special passion for supporting military veterans, first responders, and their families. After serving 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that can come with service, trauma, and transition. It’s deeply meaningful to me to help those who serve others find healing and renewed strength.
I also have experience working with teens experiencing challenging behaviors, as well as supporting their parents who are navigating those difficult seasons. I have worked in Intensive Outpatient Programs focused on helping those with substance use disorders, and I enjoy providing support for those struggling with problematic substance use.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT. I am especially passionate about EMDR therapy for trauma and PTSD, helping clients process difficult experiences so they can move forward with greater freedom and resilience.
My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.
