Candy Howard

LPC-MHSP

I enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults, providing a relaxed and supportive space where clients can show up exactly as they are. I have experience working with neurodivergent children and adolescents, including those with ADHD and autism. Whether you are navigating challenges at school, trying to understand yourself better, or working through one of life’s messy moments, you do not have to figure it out alone.

My background as a therapist in a public school has given me a unique understanding of the challenges students and their families face. My approach to therapy is nontraditional, collaborative, and individualized because I believe the best therapy does not feel like therapy—it feels like a genuine connection with someone who understands and accepts you.

I am passionate about creating a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space for every client. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how important it is to feel truly seen, accepted, and supported. My goal is to provide a space where you can be exactly who you are as we work together through challenges, celebrate growth, and find a path forward that feels right for you.
